Matthew W. Greenblatt, Esq., also born and raised in Great Neck, New York, is a seasoned attorney and public adjuster with over a decade of experience handling insurance claims since 2015. He earned his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees from Pace University School of Law and Lubin School of Business in 2000, following a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University in 1996. Licensed to practice law in New York State since 2001, Matthew has a comprehensive background in real estate law, encompassing both commercial and residential transactions, landlord-tenant disputes, commercial leasing, and property insurance litigation.
With a strong foundation in legal advocacy, Matthew now focuses his expertise on public adjusting at Gem Adjusters, Ltd., a firm founded by his father over 40 years ago.
